Buying from us — the playbook.

The five-step playbook

1. You send a quote request — quantity, product type, grade, ZIP code, timing. There's a form below or you can email info@ibctankscleveland.com.
2. We respond within one business day — current inventory, unit price, freight estimate (or pickup window if local).
3. You confirm — by email reply. We send an invoice; pay by ACH, check, or card.
4. We stage the units — tagged with your order ID, paperwork attached, photographed.
5. You pick up or we ship — usually within 3–7 business days.

Volume pricing

Volume tiers start at 8 units. Pricing improves further at 25, 50, 100. Full truckload (22 totes on a flatbed, 80 on a dry van for 275-gal) gets best price.

Local pickup

902 Scribner Ave NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504. Pickup hours Mon–Fri 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Bring a flatbed or box truck — we'll forklift load. No appointment needed for orders under 10 totes; appointment for anything larger so we can stage.

Freight

We ship LTL (less than truckload) and full truckload through carriers we've used for years. Freight quotes are pass-through — what we pay, you pay, no markup. Typical LTL into Ohio, Indiana, Illinois runs $140–$340 per pallet position; full truckload is significantly cheaper per unit.

Payment

• ACH (preferred) — net 0 or net 15 for repeat customers.
• Check — fine; orders ship after the check clears.
• Card — accepted up to $5,000 per order, 3% processing pass-through.
• Net terms — available for established customers after 3 orders. Email to discuss.

Return policy

If a tote arrives damaged in transit, photograph it before unloading and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund. If a tote is functionally fine but doesn't suit your application, we'll take it back for a 15% restocking fee within 14 days; freight back is your cost.
