Volume pricing
Larger orders usually get better per-unit pricing, and a full truckload tends to be the cheapest per unit to move. A flatbed typically carries around 22 single-stacked totes.
Local pickup
Many suppliers allow pickup. If you plan to collect, ask about loading (most have a forklift), hours, and whether an appointment is needed. Bring a flatbed or box truck suited to the quantity.
Freight
Delivery by LTL (less than truckload) or full truckload is available through partner suppliers and the carriers they use. Freight cost depends on distance, quantity and lane; full truckload is usually significantly cheaper per unit.
Payment and returns
Accepted payment methods, terms, and return or damage policies are set by each supplier. Ask for them with your quote, and photograph any tote that arrives damaged before unloading it.
