What this site is
IBC Tanks Cleveland is a referral service. It takes requests to buy, sell or recycle IBC totes in Cleveland and Northeast Ohio and passes them to partner suppliers in our network, who prepare quotes and fulfil orders themselves.
What the form collects
When you submit the quote form, we collect the fields you fill in: your name, email, phone number, company, location, the product or service you need, quantities and any message. We also receive technical details sent with the request, such as your IP address, browser and the page you submitted from, which help us spot spam and fraud.
Who receives it
- Your request is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which stores it and routes it.
- It is then shared with one or more partner suppliers so they can contact you and prepare a quote. Each supplier handles your details under its own policies.
- We don't sell your information or share it with ad networks.
Text messages
If you tick the box to receive text messages about your request, a partner supplier may text you about it. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Consent to texts is not a condition of getting a quote.
Analytics and Cookies
This site uses PostHog analytics, loaded through this site's own domain, to count visits and see which pages are read. For visitors in Europe, or whose browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, it runs without cookies or other storage on your device. Session recording is off, and the site sets no advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and follow up on it, and for up to two years for record-keeping, then deleted. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.
Your choices
To ask for a copy of your information, or for it to be corrected or deleted, send a request through the contact form and say “Data request” in the message.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
