Service-only customers
You don't have to buy or sell to work with us. If you have your own fleet of totes and just need them washed, modified, or hauled — that's a normal part of what we do. Most service-only customers pay per unit and ship in/out on the same week.

01How do I start with any of your services?
Email info@ibctankscleveland.com with what you need — quantity, grade, your zip. We reply within one business day, usually under four hours.
02Can I combine services in one order?
Yes. Most customers buy, sell, and recondition over time. Bundle a buyback with a delivery and we'll coordinate one truck where geography allows.
03Do you charge broker or documentation fees?
No. There are no restocking, documentation, or broker fees on any service line. Pricing is posted and freight is passed through at cost.
04What's your service radius?
Roughly 200 miles for dedicated flatbed work. Beyond that we coordinate LTL through trusted carriers, still with no markup.
05Do you offer payment terms?
Net 15 or net 30 are available after three completed orders. Before that, card or ACH on a digital invoice.
